Karyn is a Mom,Integrative Pharmacist,a graduate of Northeastern University’s Bouve College of Pharmacy,Boston,MA and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition,New York,NY. She has extensively trained in health improvement counseling,eastern and western nutrition,and using food and lifestyle modification to heal the body. Karyn’s expertise of understanding medications is a unique benefit for her clients,medical practitioners,and holistic peers.
She studied directly with the masters in the Integrative Health field,such as Tieraona Lowdog MD,Judith Orloff MD,Dr Susan Corso DD,Marc David,Andrea Beaman HHC,and at Harvard Medical School’s Mind/Body Institute.
Karyn currently works as a Integrative Health &Nutrition Counselor in private practice. To create the healthy balance in her own life,she makes time for friends and family,meditation,healthy cooking,being outdoors exercising,along with two new adventures of pottery and drumming.
Karyn’s clients are those who want to take their health to the next level and beyond,healing and preventing disease. She guides them through their connection with food and lifestyle,including work,family,exercise,spiritual practice,and relationships to find what works for them. Karyn also hosts group programs,and various speaking events.
